Exhibitor Listing:

Kick-start the journey of marketing yourself at Hotel & Resort Design South with your exhibition listing. You can view your current listing on the Meet the Exhibitors page, and if you wish to update your company’s listing, simply complete the Exhibitor Listing Form

Digital Banners:

To further promote your exhibiting space at HRDS, we will create a variety of free digital banners to accommodate today’s variety of social media and marketing channels. To accompany these banners, we also supply pre-written social media copy and email invitations for you to help you market your presence at HRDS.

Promotional Support:

We invite you to submit your content for us to feature in our digital communications to our entire audience. To highlight your news to the industry, you can submit relevant case studies, recent press releases, new product launches, and exciting blog posts via this form.

A lead capture license will enable up to 4 members of your team access to an app for your smartphones. Using the app, you can scan badges to collect contact details from the people you connect with at the show. Each exhibiting company will only need to purchase one license. The data you collect over the show days will be sent to you after the show. Purchase your company lead capture here.

Lead Capture will be available to purchase closer to the 2025 show.

Product Showcase Listing:

Kick-start the journey of marketing yourself at Hotel & Resort Design South with your exhibition listing. You can view your current listing on the Meet the Exhibitors page, and if you wish to update your product information, simply complete the following form: Product Showcase Listing Form.

The form needs to include specific information about the product you are placing on the podium.

 
Your Product Information:

Please provide the following information about the product you are bringing to place on your podium.

  • The weight of the product you are bringing in kilos or lbs
  • The dimensions of the product you are bringing (Width x Height x Depth)
  • Please send at least 2 images of the product you are bringing

 

Please note: The dimensions of where your product will be placed on top of the podium are 433.4mm W x 495.3mm D and the max weight is 50lbs (23 kilos).

 

Podium Artwork Submission:

To promote your product at HRDS, you have the creative freedom to design your podium artwork; this can include graphics, text, images and logos. 

Closer to the show, you will be able to access the essential information on the artwork requirements and upload your artwork on this page.

 

Freight Services:

Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. are the exclusive service provider for domestic freight services including material handling up to 30 days in advance of the “advance warehouse” address, delivery to your podium, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your podium for reloading onto your outbound carrier.

There are two options for shipping your advance freight – 1) To the advanced warehouse, or 2) Directly to the show site. 

Find more information about Freight Services for HRDS here. If you are exhibiting at CSI Design Expo Americas, please refer to the Online Exhibitor Manual to include your product with your booth handling.

Freight Services should not be confused with shipping which is the cost of transporting your podium product to and from the show.

It is possible to hand carry your item in through the front entrance but any shipments requiring carts or arriving through the back freight doors will require the services of Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. You can contact them through info@expocci.com.

Exhibitor Manual:

The Online Service Center will open closer to the 2025 show.

 

You can access everything you need to build your booth, including the exhibitor manual, suppliers, power, and other booth services.

Third-party booth builders and contractors should contact the exhibiting company for detailed information. Contact Caroline Chong if you have any questions.

Speed Networking is our dynamic platform that connects you the exhibitor, to the hotel designs decision-makers and buyers.

All Product Showcase suppliers will have a Speed Networking pass within their booking. Booth exhibitors may have additionally booked a pass for Speed Networking; providing you with eight tailored meetings, each lasting five minutes. If you are yet to purchase a Speed Networking pass and would like to know more on how to upgrade your booth space to include one, get in-touch with your sales contact at Hotel & Resort Design South.

Hotel bookings for 2025, in partnership with our accommodation platform; Hotelmap, will go live late 2024. The rates on offer are live and always guaranteed at the internet’s best prices. Booking with us also means you’ll be staying with our VIPs, offering you even more networking opportunities.

 

Visas:

We are happy to help any way we can in your journey to exhibit with us. If you are requiring a visa invitation letter, please complete the visa request form.

We would kindly ask you to inform yourself about the valid entry requirements (i.e. visa requirement) and complete the necessary formalities in good time before the expo begins. Hotel & Resort Design South assumes no liability in the event that your visa application is denied, your visa is received too late or in case you are not able to travel to the event due to any other reasons.
