Product Showcase Artwork Submission

Step 1: Tell Us About Your Product

If you haven’t already, this is the chance to kick-start the journey of marketing yourself at Hotel & Resort Design South with your product listing. You can view your current listing on the Meet the Exhibitors page, and if you wish to update your product information, simply complete the Product Showcase Listing Form below.

The form needs to include specific information about the product you are placing on the podium, and a bit about your company.

Please provide the following information about the product you are bringing to place on your podium by Monday 7 April.

You can create your own artwork to help display your product at the showcase; this can include graphics, text, images and logos. Please have a look at some of the examples above of podium displays from last year’s Product Showcase to give a feel of how your display will look. 

We recommend including a QR Code in your artwork to provide more information about your product to make it easier for the viewer. If you are unsure of how to do this please reach out.

Before completing your artwork, please read the specifications below:

  • Submission deadline: Friday 18 April

  • All artwork should be supplied in print-ready, high-resolution (300dpi) PDF files with no crop, print or registration marks of any kind

     

  • PDF Files should have a 3mm bleed settings embedded within the file/s. Artwork should continue right to the edge of the bleed bounding box. There should be no white space in the file beyond the bleed area (unless the artwork design requires this)

     

  • Each panel must be a separate PDF file and named according to which panel it is and your company name. Using the format: COMPANYNAME-PANEL(A/B/C/D)

     

  • Artwork files must be designed to one of the following proportions in relation to the final panel size: 100%/50%/25%

     

  • We recommend having text and logos in vector format whenever possible

     

  • CMYK format colouring will print the best results

International Freight Information

Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. are the exclusive service provider for domestic freight services including material handling up to 30 days in advance of the “advance warehouse” address, delivery to your podium, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your podium for reloading onto your outbound carrier.

You can find more information about Freight Services for HRDS here. If you are exhibiting at CSI Design Expo Americas, Cruise Xperience Inovation Summit Americas, and/or Hotel & Resort Design South, please refer to the Online Service Center to include your product with your booth handling.

Freight Services should not be confused with shipping which is the cost of transporting your podium product to and from the show.
It is possible to hand carry your item in through the front entrance but any shipments requiring carts or arriving through the back freight doors will require the services of Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. You can contact them through info@expocci.com.
