Hotel and Resort Design South has launched its first ever Future Leaders program! The HRDS Future Leaders program champions the next generation of hospitality design leaders from the Southern States, Caribbean and Central and South America. The HRDS team is asking the hospitality interior design community from those regions to share their up-and-coming heroes of design.
Who is eligible?

The next HRDS Future Leader will be someone who uplifts their team, is highly effective in achieving their outcomes and is key to the success of the projects that they work on. They may be a fast-thinking problem solver, an unsung hero or an out the box thinker. Above all, they have a positive impact on the industry that HRDS serves – the hospitality and hotel design communities of the Southern States, Caribbean, and Central and South America.
Successful nominees will receive the title of HRDS Future Leader. They will have access to a host of benefits, including elevated networking opportunities and a chance to share their design perspective on the HRDS global platform. Benefits include:
- Invitation to the HRDS Future Leaders program celebration onsite at Hotel & Resort Design South
- Bespoke content package giving them the opportunity to share their passion and projects with the industry via one-on-one interviews
- Access to invite-only networking events in person and online throughout the year
- And more
Nominations for the first-ever HRDS Future Leaders program are now open, so nominate your future leaders today. Follow the link to submit your nomination, or get in touch with your HRDS contact at kristina.gubrial@elite-exhibitions.com.
