- 50% deposit due within 14 days of booking. The remaining 50% due March 6th 2023. Your Product Show Case is officially reserved once we have received the deposit payment.
- Cancellations: bookings may be cancelled by email or telephone within 14 days of booking without penalty. Any cancellations after 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Payment is preferred direct to our bank account as detailed on our invoice; payments made by credit/charge card will be subject to a 3.5% charge.
- Refunds cannot be given for any products or services. In the event of a show cancellation or postponement, any payments made will be carried forward to the next edition of the event.
- Insurance: It is a condition that insurance cover in accordance with the requirements as stated in the Exhibition Manual, is in place for the entire period of the event.
