- 50% deposit payment will be required within 7 days. The remaining balance will be payable within 14 days of the booking.
- Cancellations: bookings may be cancelled by email or telephone within the first 7 days without penalty; Cancellation after this date will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations within 90 days will be charged at 100%.
- Payment is preferred direct to our bank account as detailed on our invoice; payments made by credit/charge card will be subject to a 3.5% charge
- Refunds cannot be given for any products or services. In the event of the Summit being cancelled or postponed, any payments made will be carried forward to the next edition of the event.
Insurance: It is a condition that insurance cover is in place for the entire period of the event.
