March, Brighton – Hotel and Resort Design South (HRDS) invites the design community of LATAM, the Caribbean and the Southern States to celebrate the 2025 Future Leaders! Future Leaders have a unique perspective on design, on collaboration and leadership and on shaping the future of the hotel and resort interiors design industry.
This year is the inaugural year for the HRDS Future Leaders program. Nominated by their peers, the HRDS Future Leaders program celebrates inspirational figures from all areas of the industry. Nominations praised them for their ‘global perspective’, ‘holistic approach’ and ‘inspirational leadership’, among many other traits. Some nominees were put forward for their storied career, leading projects which have shaped the hospitality industry, while others were highlighted for the deep impression they have made only a handful of years into their own career.
The 2025 Future Leaders nominees have worked on projects for companies including Marriot, Louis Vuitton, Disney, Holiday Inn and Ritz Carlton. Their achievements number outstanding mentorship, significant cost savings for clients and pioneering business growth. Several nominations specifically highlighted the nominees’ global approach, and their ability to deliver clear-sighted insight into the markets targeted by their brands.
