World leading hospitality group Accor previously announced its expansion into Peru with the signing of the Novotel Punta Sal. The hotel will bring one of Accor’s most popular brands to Peru with a stylish beachfront resort with warm waters, year-round sun, and immense biodiversity.
“We are excited about the signing of this project as it helps to reinforce our development strategy, focusing on leisure and promoting new destinations in the region. With this development, we’ll be able to promote tourism to both domestic and international travelers with this new beach resort”, says Luis Mirabelli, Vice-President Development for Hispanic Countries, Accor South America.
The new Novotel will be situated seven kilometers south of the entrance to Punta Sal, on one of the longest beaches on the Peruvian coast. The property will feature 182 modern and inviting suites, multiple recreational spaces, and activities for families.
This project is one of three which the Accor hotel chain has been developing in Peru. Also set to open in 2024 are two hotels in Lima in the Surco district.
Novotel Punta Sal Beach will allow guests to relax, recharge and maintain their balanced lifestyle with the resort’s wellness facilities. Travelers can enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and a spa. For corporate and private events, the hotel will also offer an amphitheater, ideal for hosting seminars, workshops, and business meetings.
The project, which will span three hectares facing the Pacific Ocean, will be developed by Consorcio Hotelero Sudamericano. It is set to open at the end of 2024. Its development will focus on the environment to promote sustainability, using eco-friendly materials, renewable energy, and water conservation efforts.
“Expanding into Peru with this promising project and the global strength of Novotel is sure to turn Punta Sal and its natural beauty into a must-visit destination in Latin America,” added Franck Pruvost, Chief Operating Officer Hispanic Countries at Accor.
