April, Brighton – The hospitality interior design community of LATAM, the Caribbean and the Southern States has nominated their next cohort of rising stars. The 2026 Future Leaders include top design minds from across industry-leading design studios and hotel brands. These nominees are not only extremely technically skilled, leading and elevating every project they are involved in, but renowned for their leadership and mentorship within their own companies and throughout the industry.
Each nominee is known for exemplary work, excelling in their niches. Workflows are often complex, with one nominee balancing more than 70 projects across 10 countries while another’s work spans luxury resorts, theme parks and mega yachts. Nominations cite Future Leaders’ mentorship and work giving back to others in the industry, in addition to their ability to collaborate and satisfy all stakeholders..
Hospitality interior design demands flexibility and rigour. Who better to represent this truth than this years’ batch of Future Leaders?
