- We may decide in our speaker briefing meetings that a few visuals on a rolling slide deck in the background will help make the session feel dynamic · Please upload your slides directly to our technician using this link by Friday 22 May 2026 – Any slides submitted after this date won’t be included
- All slides must be provided in the 16:9 format, visuals only
- All presentations will use the Hotel & Resort Design South branded slide for the first slide. The organisers will provide this.
- Speakers are welcome to use their own slide templates for slides in between
- Please ensure you have a backup copy of your slides with you on a thumb drive on the day
- Please don’t email your presentation directly
